Tea is one of those pleasures that can be simple and ritualistic or it can be ornate and a rare luxury. Whether it is my afternoon cup of tea black tea with cream, sometimes sugar, or a flower bloom from my hubby, tea is something that offers great delight.

And yes, 9 times out of 10, I will take tea over coffee.
